As long time timberland owners, Messerle & Sons has been logging our own properties for more than 50 years. We are able to offer a wide range of services to the timber industry. With experience from managing our own timberlands, we have the ability to design, permit, effectively market, log, and re-plant harvest units. We use a ground base logging system. Whether your operation is large or small, we can efficiently manage your trees and provide expert advise on maximizing your timber profits, both short term and long term. Messerle & Sons is a member of the Associated Oregon Loggers with Oregon Professional Logger certification. Our timberlands are registered with American Tree Farmer standards, which qualifies them as sustainable under the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. Messerle & Sons is a member of the Oregon Small Woodlands Association. Additionally, David Messerle is a member of the Society of American Foresters.
